Corporate On-Site Chair Massage

Sit back and put your feet up while relaxing in a back massaging/foot massaging chair. A reflexology procedure is applied first when feet are dry. Feet and ankles are massaged with a natural sea salt or sugar scrub designed to exfoliate and leave your feet feeling silky smooth. A brush and foot buffer are also used to help remove dead callus's and dead skin. Lastly, an essential oil cream is applied and thoroughly massaged in.

Ideal for people with whiplash injuries, forward head posture, or people who suffer a lot of pain in the neck, head or jaw. The therapist works the anterior, lateral, and posterior muscles of the neck, thus ensuring improved circulation and range of motion. This massage helps to increase flexibility and decrease pain for the entire neck. Gentle stretches and mid back moves may be incorporated into the massage as well.

Craniosacral therapy is a method in which the client and therapist evaluate and enhance the central nervous system. The trained therapist can feel restrictions and help to restore balance. No lubracant is used, unless other techniques are incorporated. Client may choose to remain fully clothed.

Amy has gone through extensive training and is certified in the John Barnes' method of myofascial release. A technique similar to craniosacral therapy, with the focus on the fascia. Fascia is a tough connective tissue and the most abundant in the body. It surrounds and infuses every muscle, bone, nerve, vessel, and organ. Any malfunction of the system can bind the fascia, resulting in restriction. Myofascial release is a whole-body, hands on approach that uses sustained pressure on the myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. No lubricant is used unless other techniques are incorporated.

A massage treatment using pure, natural essential oils. Each oil has it's own unique healing properties. The client chooses their own personalized blend. The appropriate blend of oils are then mixed and massaged into the skin. Lipid absorption occurs through the skin allowing each oil to penetrate deeply into the circulatory system. In addition, essential oils are beneficial through the inhalation of the scent which affects the limbic system in the brain (which affects our mood, emotion, behavior, memory, etc.) Breath, relax, and enjoy!

All Levels Slow Flow Vinyasa (Sun Flow) is a class designed to be meditative and slow-paced, all the meanwhile energizing for the mindbody. This free flowing style of yoga helps to synchronize the breath and movements, create body awareness through practicing mindfulness movements. Practicing regularly helps to flush out any restrictions and work towards restoring balance, gaining flexibility, and improving the overall health and well being of the body, mind and spirit. Options and modifications are offered in this “All Levels Slow Flow Vinyasa” class to allow time for proper alignment as well as deep stretching to promote healing. All Levels Restorative Slow Flow

All Levels Slow Flow Restorative (Earth Flow) is a class is designed to promote relaxation. The focus is on synchronizing the breath and movements to create an overall balance within the mind, body, heart and soul. We move with ease and comfort, with the goal of facilitating relaxation and health. Props are used to support the body in positions of a slower paced yoga style in which the poses are held for an extended period of time to give the body and mind plenty of time to ease into stillness. Modifications may be used as well as hands on assist or massage to help further the state of deeper relaxation.
