Sit back and put your feet up while relaxing in a back massaging/foot massaging chair. A reflexology procedure is applied first when feet are dry. Feet and ankles are massaged with a natural sea salt or sugar scrub designed to exfoliate and leave your feet feeling silky smooth. A brush and foot buffer are also used to help remove dead callus's and dead skin. Lastly, an essential oil cream is applied and thoroughly massaged in.

Amy has gone through extensive training and is certified in the John Barnes' method of myofascial release. A technique similar to craniosacral therapy, with the focus on the fascia. Fascia is a tough connective tissue and the most abundant in the body. It surrounds and infuses every muscle, bone, nerve, vessel, and organ. Any malfunction of the system can bind the fascia, resulting in restriction. Myofascial release is a whole-body, hands on approach that uses sustained pressure on the myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. No lubricant is used unless other techniques are incorporated.

A massage treatment using pure, natural essential oils. Each oil has it's own unique healing properties. The client chooses their own personalized blend. All Levels Slow Flow Restorative (Earth Flow) is a class is designed to promote relaxation. The focus is on synchronizing the breath and movements to create an overall balance within the mind, body, heart and soul. We move with ease and comfort, with the goal of facilitating relaxation and health. Props are used to support the body in positions of a slower paced yoga style in which the poses are held for an extended period of time to give the body and mind plenty of time to ease into stillness. Modifications may be used as well as hands on assist or massage to help further the state of deeper relaxation.
